Analogous to our heated blankets for racing cars, we also offer the Track, Race and Team versions for karts. What they all have in common is an absolutely even and fast heating of the tyre tread without harmful local overheating. Extreme mechanical resilience and a correspondingly very long service life.
In the "Track" model, the tyre tread is heated to approx. 85°C under thermostat control. Mains connection via an almost 2m long connection cable with Euro plug. Plug and play.
Side covers are available separately as special accessories.
In the "Race" model, the tyre tread is heated to either approx. 55°C or 85° with thermostat control. The 55°C is suitable for rain tyres or for gently keeping slicks warm. Mains connection via an almost 2m long connection cable with Euro plug. Plug and play.

On the "Team" model, the temperatures of the tyre treads are individually adjustable (up to a maximum of 120°C). One TCU Duo control unit controls each of the two rear and front tyres. More information about the TCU-Duo control unit can be found at HERE.
4 side covers for the outer sides are included in the scope of delivery.
Absolutely even heat transfer from the tire heating blankets to the tire treads. No loss of grip due to local overheating as with conventional heating techniques.
On the Track and Team models, the red LED indicates heating mode. As soon as the tyre heating blankets are connected to the mains voltage, the ultra-bright red LED lights up. When the thermostat or TCU is switched off, the LED also goes out, so the control activity can be tracked.
The Race model also has a green LED that lights up permanently at 230V supply voltage.
Only the highest quality materials from German production are used for our heated tire blankets. Inside a heat-resistant layer made of NOMEX fabric, outside air, dirt and water-repellent SUPERTEX.
Several layers of high-tech insulation felts ensure optimum thermal insulation.
We manufacture your KLS tyre heating blankets exactly in the sizes that suit you. This results in perfect coverage of the tyre tread.
Standard sizes such as those offered by other manufacturers can lead to overheating if the overlap is too large or to incomplete heating if the overlap is too small.
A central Velcro strap and quick-release tension cords on the sides allow for easy assembly/disassembly.
The side of the tire heating blankets are already provided with corresponding Velcro if side covers (available separately) are to be used.
The power supply for the Track and Race tyre heating blankets is provided by an almost 2m long connection cable with a Euro plug.
A stable cable strain relief ensures permanently trouble-free operation.
In the Team version, there is a 230V connection cable of just under 2m in length to the two TCU-Duo control units. The two supply lines to the tyre warmers also have a length of just under 2m.
The tire heating blankets are printed with “VL / VR / HL / HR” for easy assignment to the 4 wheels. Another individual imprint of name / team logo etc. is possible at an additional cost.
